I got caught in the rain with it once, and some of my stuff ended up damp. Maybe I was expecting too much, or maybe the rain was heavier than I realized, but I thought it would hold up a bit better. Not the worst thing ever, just not great if you’re relying on it in wet weather

I ordered a backpack from ethnotek the quality does seem really solid. The fabric feels tough, the straps seem well made, and it looks even cooler in person than I expected.
But am I the only one who thinks it feels a little heavy even when it’s empty? Once I put in my laptop, water bottle, and the usual daily stuff, I can definitely feel it on my shoulders quickly.
It’s not a bad bag at all, and I’ll still use it on lighter or shorter days. I just don’t think it’s going to be my go-to for everyday commuting or travel like I originally hoped

I’ve been using my Ethnotek bag for work and quick trips, and it’s been really comfortable. It sits nicely on my back, the straps don’t dig in, and the pockets are easy to get to when I’m on the go. If I pack it really heavy, it’s not absolutely perfect, but for everyday use it’s been great. You can tell a lot of thought went into the design, and it definitely gives me confidence that this bag can handle my daily routine.

This dumb little bag barely fits anything. I tried using it for my daily stuff and it was basically useless unless you only carry, like, a chapstick and vibes.

My order still hasn’t shown up, and I’ve been waiting longer than expected. I reached out to support, but the replies were slow and felt like the same copy-paste message every time, not like anyone was actually checking what happened. Frustrating experience so far

I’ve been using this bag for work, quick overnight trips, and just hauling around all the random stuff I somehow convince myself I need every day. I do like how versatile it is, and the patterns make it feel a little more fun than a plain backpack. i picked it because I wanted one bag that could do a bit of everything, so in that sense I feel like it was a reasonable choice.

That said, it’s not the most comfortable once I really pack it full, which is partly on me because I tend to overstuff bags anyway. A few of the pockets also feel like they could be placed better. Overall, I’m glad I got it and I’ll keep using it, but I wouldn’t call it perfect.

I tried to file a warranty claim their support team made the whole thing a nightmare. I waited weeks just to get vague, useless replies that didn’t actually solve anything. It felt like nobody wanted to take responsibility, and I’m stuck with the problem because they couldn’t be bothered to help properly.

I really wanted this to work for travel days, but it just ended up being one more thing to deal with. The straps felt awkward going through the airport, and the pockets were annoyingly hard to reach when I needed stuff quickly. After a long day of lines, delays, and constant airport hassle, I didn’t have the patience for a bag that made things more frustrating. Just wasn’t a good fit for my trip.

I’ll admit I’m a bit picky about value, but the prices here just feel kind of unfair to me. The stuff looks nice, and I can see why people like it, but for what you actually get, it feels overpriced. I even waited for a sale thinking that would make it worth it, but i still wasn’t convinced.

I tried ordering a bag from this site twice, and both times the color I wanted ended up being out of stock. What frustrated me was that it looked available at first, but once I clicked around more, it became clear it wasn’t. To me, that feels misleading, even if it’s just a stock update issue. After the second try, I just gave up and ordered from somewhere else.

I do actually like this bag, it looks nice, feels sturdy, and my 13-inch laptop fits in it just fine. But the laptop sleeve padding is only okay, especially on the bottom. Like, why is that the one spot that feels a little neglected? Almost feels like they know that’s where the impact happens and decided, “eh, good enough.” Maybe I’m overthinking it, but still. It’s totally fine for daily use, just maybe don’t toss it around or carry it super rough unless you enjoy testing fate.

I’m still waiting for someone from support to actually respond. It’s frustrating because it feels like there’s always some policy loophole or excuse that lets them avoid giving a clear answer, while customers are just left hanging.

My order showed up faster than I expected, which was great. One little item wasn’t the one I actually picked though, so that was kind of annoying. I mean, it wasn’t a big deal at all, but also I was weirdly bothered by it. Overall mostly fine, just not perfect

I’ve bought from brands before that claimed to support makers, but didn’t really explain much beyond the marketing. ethnotek does a better job of sharing the story behind the bags and the cultures they’re connected to, which I appreciate. It feels genuine overall, but there are still moments where the site comes across a little too brand-heavy. I like the idea and respect what they’re doing, I’m just not completely sure how I feel yet

To be fair, Ethnotek does look nice at first, and the products seem like they could be good. But once I actually tried to shop, it got frustrating fast. Finding the right sizes, colors, and what was actually in stock felt way more confusing than it needed to be, and a few pages loaded really slowly for me.

The cart was also annoying, especially when I tried to go back and change something. Checkout didn’t feel very smooth either, and by the time I got to the end, I didn’t feel confident placing the order. Maybe the bags are great, but the website experience made me give up

I’ve got to admit, I usually stick with my go-to brand, so I wasn’t sure I’d be that impressed. But the colors and patterns on these are so fun and eye-catching. There are so many cool options that it actually made me second-guess my usual favorite.

I really wanted to like it, but for what I paid it just felt way too expensive, and I kept thinking I could’ve gotten something just as good for less somewhere else, so in the end it really wasn’t worth the money for me.

I really like the idea behind this and the impact they’re trying to have, it feels like a good mission and I want to support it, but I do wish the updates were a little clearer because sometimes I’m left wondering what’s actually happening
